I haven't tried it out yet but I follow Topshop on Twitter (@Topshop_tweets) that links to their blog which has nice and short posts on new Topshop finds, random customers' clothes, etc.They've got make-up tutorials, that I love to watch generally on YouTube, for their new(ish) branch out into cosmetics. The videos are cool, with good music, and really make me want to buy their things. So very effective.
I've being eyeing this 'Crayon in Sun Shower' in particular:
